Cron & RSS

I was hoping to set up the RSS feeds I have at my site to run automatically. They may already but I seem to need to manually run them to get new content.

Can I use the CRON feature in cPanel to automate the feeds?
If so, how do I go about it?

I've looked at the cron tab and it doesn't have much to it but I don't know how to set it up. Any insight here would be most appreciated :)

    Thanks,
    Marco

Here is a site that might give you more information about usring Cron.

    http://tips-scripts.com/?tip=cron_basics#tip

Basically in cPanel it looks like this.

    Minute
    Hour
    Day of Month
    Month of Year
    Day of Week
    Command

Those are the input boxes in order. Read that page though, it should provide you some good information.
