ok i came across this site which uses css "frames" to keep top, left and bottom of page in view while scrolling content

now can ads be placed on the top and on the left? while i be braking adsense rules?
as the ads are not using frames there are no frames problems there?
would this brake rule by bringing "extra" attention to the ads?

    layout in question

P.S i tested in firefox, ie and opera and the layout works!! that covers 99.5% of my visitors (and i have alot of visitors!)

It might just be me, but that site looks terrible except at 800x600 and 1024x768. On my mega-monitor it looks awful. Also, I don't think it will allow you to blend your ads with your content as nicely as you can with a static layout page.

    Just my 2cents.
