Cubecart, Oscommerce or Zen Cart?

I've never used either of these, but I want to give them a try for a new shopping site I'm making - so I'd like to know others' opinions on which is the best in terms of ease of use (for administrator as well as users), template editing and payment options + anything else that makes one stand out from the rest.

Or just simply which is your favorite, if any?

 

im going to go with ZEN CART.

 

I'm giving Cube Cart a try, though Zen Cart does look very interesting I could just get my head around the template system in Cube Cart a bit quicker. I might change my mind though, just messing around at the moment.

Oscommerce is the best.. a lot of free addons, very easy to customize and many more.

The reason I'm stating this is due to the fact that when using Zen Cart (which is built on the back of Oscommerce) it really sucked, and had many problems. Although oscommerce has some problems, the source is easier to edit imo then zen carts to meet the requirements i've needed.

I think if your web site is fully e-commerce based then you can use OsCommerce. If you use Joomla then Virtual Mart if you use Wordpress then you can use Wp-ecommerce Plug in. Thanks.

I was going to go with Zen Cart because I usually just judge websites based on their design, but because of this thread I'll install the better supported osCommerce.

 

I really like Zen Cart partly because of the huge community and following (support is great in their forums) and because it's very customizable. Take a look at clevershoppers.com. Although i'm sure it's heavily modified, it's ZC-based and has this big store amazon.com feel to it.

 

So I installed osCommerce. How exactly do I go about installing those modules? Like I want to install the module for custom templates, but on the site it is very confusing how I go about downloading it. Do I just download the version on the bottom where it looks like people are commenting on? How do I know those are legit?

Sorry for the slight off-topic, but I thought this was relevant to the discusion. To sum up: osCommerce is confusing...
