    Yep, I got it! I can never stay away from the 'User CP' and 'New Posts' links up there! For example I look at new theads that interest me, and make the search again. I can do it three or four times in a row!! And I can rarly ever keep myself from posting !!!!'s or the [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG]!!!!!

    I do that during the day but I have started using the "Mark all Posts Read" when I first sign in in the morning.

    I figure if its a decent thread someone will reply and it will pop back up.

    hmm thats not a bad idea except I feel like I have to see what has been written so far. I reckon if I'm diagnosed with any health problems then I'll sue Shawn for creating these forums in the first place.
