From what I have seen thus far, I am not certain that ccole can read.

For someone attempting to become a lawyer, you're going to have a difficult time if you continue to insult when you have no case.

 

Personally I think it is a bit worse growing up not knowing that your dad was gay. I dated a girl in high school who found out her dad was gay. The mom and dad stayed married for the sake of their child, till one day she found daddy at home with someone other than mommy, and that someone was a man. Talk about freaked. She was never quite the same.

In any event there are much worse things that can affect a childs younger years. Plenty of hetero couples have problems their children see; drugs, abuse, adultery. Of course that can happen in a homosexual relationship as well. Ultimately I really believe a child needs a mommy and a daddy, but in reality "gay" aside, there are tons of heterosexual relationships out there that end up with only one parent. Or a bounce between the two.

 

...and since we're on the topic of reading comprehension...

Would any of you geniuses care to go back and read the topic of this thread for the class?

And Will, about you trying to become a lawyer. I thought that was what you were doing. If not, my mistake. I just confused you chest pounding with that of a lawyer, coupled with your mention of knowing just enough to be dangerous.

I'm not at all surprised that Will, mia and Edz disagree with me and I'm quite comfortable with it.

Most elections hinge on economic issues. This one was no different. Canada's economy was lagging, liberals were involved in corruption scandals and crime was growing. That's what decided this. But who really cares about all that when the only issue that matters is who puts their hoo-hoo in what haa-haa.
