DamnAmazing.com, Best Idea/Niche for Blog?

So I have this domain DamnAmazing.com and I'm thinking what will be the best niche to go with. Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

I will monetize blog with Adsense and maybe affiliate marketing.

This domain may be good for a viral site, amazing stories etc but don't expect much revenue with Adsense unless you reach thousands of daily visitors per day. I also believe affiliate marketing with this site will give you few conversions close to none. Anyways good luck!

Yeah it's kind of a vague name really so you could use it for anything. I think viral news stories is probably best suited to it though. A very tough niche to crack into though and the amount of money you would make may not even be worth the time you'd put into it.

 

Something similar to the RichJerk could work too.

 

Viral news stories, dumb criminal stories, links to videos and stuff. You could try that. That's the type of site I would love to create if I had the time with revenue being a secondary concern.

 

IMHO. You should find the traffic first find what they want so you can sell to them then pick a suitable domain name

When I first saw your domain the first thing that came to mind was as seen on TV products.

 

If you want to start a new site/blog, you really should base it off a topic you really are passionate about.

You will have to work on it for many months before it earns you a single penny, so it important for you to be motivated when you write the content; rather than outsourcing the writing, or gasp rewriting someone else's content. And it will simply lack the spark that comes when you care about the topic.

So www.thisiswhyimbroke.com sounds silly on the surface; but the topics will flow to you (what you are doing to make/save money). Besides that domain works well for a home of a small SEO agency. Small business owners will relate.

 

Thank you guys for you valuable opinions. Now I'm not going to work on this site. Though I have registered two more good domains, one in men's gear and other one in vaping as I have good experience in both niches.

 

I think you are wasting your time. You should come up with a concept first and a name later. I never heard of a successful business launching because they randomly acquired a domain name... especially considering the fact it's vague.
