    Who do you sell, what is the best company in Europe region (balkans more specific)?
    What are the minimum requirements?
    What can you sell ( do I need user to sign up, or are cookies enough)?

    What data are you talking about?

    If you are talking about user data, selling their emails without their knowledge or their info, then I am fairly sure it's illegal even in Balkans.

    No, Im talking about metadata (what they visit, what they clicked). I hear that RTB market buys that data, so I was wandering how, to who and where to sell it.

    Well in that case it's okay. Though not sure if anyone will be interested unless you have a huge amounts of data to be honest.

    Well thats what Im interested about, how much do I need to have? What are huge amounts? I have around 10 mil page views spread across couple o sites... Is that huge?

    Depends on the time period. I personally do not have any experience with data selling. Would be hard, if not impossible, to find buyers for this.
