Declined keyword question

    This is a newbie question, at least as far as using YSM. I just started playing with it and my first ad was declined with the following editor's comment:

    "Promotes an unacceptable service: The collection of personally identifiable information to be used for consumer or promotional marketing, or related purposes. Examples include, but are not limited to, sites that offer free cards or consumer electronic products in exchange for completing an online offer or survey."

    So YSM won't let you promote CPA offers? WTF kind of PPC are they?

    I think some of questions to YSM have certain rules, but i''ll never encountered it before, i'll let you know when i'm sure with my answer.
