What wouldyou estimate the cost of having little flash games developped, the type you would find on addictinggames.com?

On freelancing sites like GetaFreelancer, RentaCoder, Tothejobs etc. you will get people wanting to make flash games for you for as low as $35 per mini game, and $100 for a good, branched out strategy based one.

You're looking at a lot more than that. In my experience you're going to be spending at least $500 on a very simple game and on a decent, unique branded game it could be anything at all from a few thousand to a few hundred thousand.

Any game for under that about will either be rubbish or not unique.

Should be more that $500 and more for unique game. Just think of the amount of things that go in the game. The story, the graphics, the music, the AI, Interaction, enemies, highscore, physics...
Lot of stuff for a unique game.
Again sometimes simple games can be verry attarctive.
    some examples

A hire-a-freelancer site is definitely the place to get it done cheaply. Just make sure you're clear about what you want and get some samples of their work.

I am interestd in this also. I was hoping to hire a dp member to do it. I wanted to make a flash game that emulated the original wizardry.

    I'm a flash programmer.
Brilliant standard games usually go for about $2000.
I know of one person who sold his for $3000.
