    Looking for a developer to help me develop a few of my domain names like images.co.in, pics.co.in, tattoos.co.in, t-shirts.co.in etc
    Also looking for development ideas for the names.
    I have a limit of 1K to spend on a single domain.

    not really...need something more creative. I think the image hosting market is already saturated.
    (NOTE: The site on images.co.in is only temporary and i will change that soon).

    A developer will take your ideas and make them into a site for you, they won;t come up with the idea of the site themselves - otherwise they would just do the sites themselves and buy Images1.co.in pics1.co.in to do them on :D
