Did i place adwords correctly...?

Hey guys,
Today i just changed from adbrite to adsense and experienced a 6x more income feeling. Im thinking its like this because of how I placed the ads all throughout my site. Can you guys please help me out by suggesting other places to keep ads, or remove if they're too obtrusive?
While most of the clicks (60%) come from the 5 keywords on the top, around 25% come from that ad that looks like a game . Is that complying with the TOS of google? Because I have seen a lot of sites do this. My site is http://1hitko.com so please help me out if you can

First off, I'm betting you meant to place this in the Adsense section, rather than here in the Adwords section

Secondly, however, I visited your site, and unfortunately you're in jeopardy of being banned from Adsense by Google for two reasons:

A) Your site features ads placed right next to pictures, indicating the pictures are part of the advertisement. This is against the Adsense TOS.

B) Your site has the text "Support Us - Visit Our Sponsors" not only on the site, but right next to the ads. This is highly against the Adsense TOS.

I realize you may already be aware of these issues, but I figured I'd bring them to your attention, in the case that you were not. I would highly, highly recommend correcting them ASAP if you want to maintain your (only ever) Adsense account.

Telmari is 100% correct. Remove pics and "Support Us - Visit Our Sponsors" text. Otherwise you will be banned.

 

I really dont want to remove it from next to the pic because im getting like half my clicks from there but i will remove the support us. Thanks and ya i meant to put in adsense

 

But that also agaist Google TOS. Remove that or you will be banned soon or later.

 

What if i put a line btwn it ?

 

the picture directly relates to the google ad, and is misleading in every imaginable way.
