Did my site just get discovered by StumbleUpon?

    So I checked out Google Analytics and before I would MAYBE get 1 stumbler from StumbleUpon. Now I'm getting 60 users from StumbleUpon today alone (okay not huge. But from 0, its a ton).

    Why is this?

    That's because people are stumbling and finding your site on StumbleUpon. You should get more by the time.

    Like now I'm getting 200 people from SU. I think its growing.. Why did it go from 0 to 200 all of a sudden?

    Because people see it SU, so you get traffic from it, I use it for over two years, and if you wanna raise traffic on your site, SU is great for it.

    Did you add something fresh on your site that might be of more than the usual interest to stumblers? If, for some reason, more of them have started 'liking' your site when they visit, then Stumbleupon will deliver your link more frequently, and that in turn would increase the amount of traffic.

    Is it usual for SU to start out slowly? I stumbled my site a week ago and nothing...Reddit however brought a decent amount of traffic for a short clip...

    One day I got like 400-500 from SU. But today its starting to drop. Now its like 100-150 from SU.

    It could be a case of a certain search phrase being very popular for a short period of time which then tapers off gradually through time. Last week I had a (totally random and not site related) search term that increased by 14,000% in a matter of hours and my site was top 5 for it as well leading to 10,000 visits.
