Just reminding people here that Firefox needs to be updated, a new version is available.

Go to help in your FF toolbar or whatever you call it and click on check for updates.

There are exploits on websites that can take over your machine if you are using the version(s) before the latest.

Did the update - I also noticed an improvement in load-up speeds and responsiveness.

I did it, but it broke one of my critical plugins. So, I had to revert back until they get an update posted.

I did the update as well and it broke my googlebar. I hate not being able to middle click the search button to have it open in a new window and not having the dictionary search in the default google tool bar.

    Hopefully it gets fixed soon

Sometimes you only need to "hack" the required maximum version number to get it to work in your version of FF... I badly needed the StatusBarClock extension, but it wouldn't work in 1.5... It now works. They can't have made MANY core changes between these 2 versions to break the plugins...

I seriously LOVE firefox. I only started using it a wee while ago, but it's a vast improvement on shitty IE.

The only problem is - lately it keeps cutting out and then I get a Firefox error message. It just closes all my firefox windows without warning. :(

    WHY WHY WHY?

It is better to manage bookmarks, so is www.avantbrowser.com

I love that one, it runs on the IE engine, but by all means support open source Firefox Mella....

Don't forget to support Linux and MAC too :)
