i think getting a follower in SU is the most difficult thing... but u need to be more consistent to get followers and traffic from SU and digg. you need to have lots of connections/followers so more users will see your posts and get to 'digg' it and become your traffic source.

 

Like or dislike, Digg and the other social bookmarkings can increase your Google PageRank for they has PR3 at least and if you submit your sites of blogs there, you will find your sites or blogs get Google PageRank increasing
