I'm I wrong or did dig previosly not have adsense on its site? I searched this forum and didn't find any post about this. Or did they always have it and changed the layout? Just curious. I bet they are raking it in now.

Had it as long as I can remember and I doubt they are 'raking it in' because its crowd are exactly those who use Greasemonkey, ad blockers, etc. and are ad blind in the first place. From my experience return visitors tend to click ads less the more they come back.

Digg.com added adsense to their site a few months ago just like youtube.com. They both did not have adsense before but I guess the temptation was just to big.

I really don't remember it being 3 ad units on the top in the past. Maybe I was one of those that were blind. I do remember them having something on the top right, but not three ad units.

The ads are there for a while now, even though they look a bit different as Digg is a premium publisher AFAIK.
