digg problem

Every since Digg redid their site to 2.0 or whatever my hits have went down like crazy. I used to get like 90-150 hits per submit now I am lucky to get 10. What happened? What am i doing wrong? Is there an alternative where I just submit and get hits?

 

I hadn't been on Digg for ages until yesterday and tbh, what a load of crap they've made of the site. They're clearly aiming for at least some of the Facebook-type market but the site is rubbish, imo. Now users are hit with a 'My News' page or whatever it's called as the first thing they see so that's possibly why your hits have dropped so significantly.

 

Is there a better alternative like how digg used to run?

 

Same here! Not only that, I cannot log in this few days.. How I wish they could turn back the old digg. It's more easy to use.

 

They could if they wanted, but will they - no lol.

 

I also feel the tension of using digg this past few days and yesterday, I experience a bug on submitting a link to their site. Well I guess on some point, Digg really needs to grow by means of revamping their site just to compete to their league of sites but I guess these upgrades really done a lot of damage from them including the daily traffic and how people criticize the site.

Find out what is going up on their front pages. Now write information similar to that with catchy titles but in your own words. Don't write the same story, but something similar to the popular story! Find out what is popular on Digg and digg those kind of stories. This should help get you more traffic again!
