    It depends guys. Digg send huge traffic than delicious but it's easy to hit frontpage on delicious than digg.

    Digg was one of the very first p2p sharing sites and remains in the hearts of many. If you can make friends on Digg to help you get to the first page, or certainly for your subject this is likely to offer you better payback for your time.

    If you just want to look like you are keeping up with the times, use Twitter - but for those who don't know, Twitter will put a 'nofollow' on any links you use making them practically useless for SEO, whereas Digg offers full inks so is much better,

    I think, Digg is too good for SEO and page cache but as far as traffic is concerned SU is the best.
