    well, there is also gimpshop... the application's website is gimpshop.com but it's currently down. however, the guy's blog about it is here www.plasticbugs.com and he also has download links available there so give it a try if you want a face lift. make it look more like photoshop.

    I won't Digg. The people writing code for Gimp already know everyone wants vector ability, CYMK, 24 or 36bit color depth, etc. They probably know people would like to be able to import svg, eps, psd, ai etc but that would require Adobe giving out code, which they won't do.
