A lot of people say the best Dim Sum is now in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. A lot of the chefs from Hong Kong relocated there and have taken full advantage of the proximity to year round fresh seafood and other ingredients. We also have the advantage of one of the largest Chinese communities outside China, with the result the food is excellent and people make pilgrimages from the United States just to eat.

I have always been partial to har gow, but I really like some of the dishes made from tofu skin.

Can't stand chicken's feet - as dimsum or in soup either. Just looks too ugly!
