    There aren't many places that just offer these. A lot of time you need to make contact with the companies and try to get these for your visitors.

    It is a bit of a double-edged sword. You need visitors to convince advertisers it is worth-while advertising on your site, and you need advertisers to offer these to convince visitors to use your site.

    I would say start by building the site and sign up at somewhere like comission junction. Build good content and start a bit of guerilla marketing then start contacting retailers and online retails.
