Do I need "Sponsored Links" or "Advertisements" for blending?

The white ads above would be blended with the colors of my site without borders. I wanted to know if I would need the "Advertisements" label or could I remove it without violating Adsense TOS? On the site, scrolling further down would show a menu like you would see in a restaurant.

Would it be considered "deceptive" if I didn't label the ads considering they're already under a headline? This same format applies to a very large number of pages on my site.

Providing you don't put another label in its place after removing it, you will be fine.

Adsense is cracking down for some petty stuff, and that is one of the areas they nit pick about...

Actually there's no reason to worry about because even without the border, there isn't anything close around (images or text) that could cause the ads to be labeled as deceptive.

Even with the underlined headline this would be okay? I didn't want it to be looked upon as "appearing like content" by Google and get a warning or worse banned. I've been trying to optimize my site and I would ask Google but they always respond by bot...
