It would be best to contact adsense support about this. Normally you can only say something like "Sponsored links" above the adsense ads. But seeing its not directly above the ads and there is a picture in between it may be ok. Just ask it and you'll know for sure.

I like the "It appears you have not ...." text at the top. I would use a different icon tho ... It's the one from Norton Antivirus so some people may think it's a virus alert or something but it sure catches your eye.

If you ask G let us know what they said.

Remove the "Random Featured Vehicles" text and you'll be fine. You can't label your ads anything other than "Sponsors" or "Advertisement".

humm gray area- But I actually think a blue border between Random Featured Vehicles and the ads would look good, it looks a bit awkward the way you have it now and the "gray area issue" would be gone.

TRUST ME HERE ;) Either mail google and ask them to confirm the tos to what you have, (since what you have on the home page is questionable), or risk being banned.

I see you have spent some time on setting this forum up, you have quite a few members and posts. Just adding the blue border would take all questions out of it and you can sleep better at night.

What you have now is nice. Just think of the rev in a few years. Don't even risk it for what could possibly amount to a small fraction of your current ctr. It could even hurt your ctr, like I said I don't really think it looks good.

Set it up like the inner pages. Better safe than sorry, yes?

as you have a random featured vehicle there, i think its fine, as the adds are now just ads below the thing you are talking about.

    dont you think?

You should be fine as long as you remove that text. The image itself is clearly distinguishable from the ads. I don't see any problem with that. However, you may want to shoot off an email to the adsense team to clairfy everything.

Email Google. I think they'll see it as a big no-no. Yea true, the ads aren't directly below the Random Featured Vehicles label, but your visitors will associate the ads as being ads for Random Vehicles (especially since you have them enclosed in a border) versus "Sponsered Links" or "Advertisments" as stated in Google's policies.

Again, cover yourself by emailing Google to see what they say. Only Google has the answer.

After Google reviewed your site, it seems the label can stay. I would email them again and ask them specifically whether or not the Random Featured Vehicles label is really okay.

Here's my scenario: You don't ask because of the email you received and later on down the line someone reports you for violation because of the label you placed above the ads. Google checks and worse case scenario decides to ban you for violating their policy.

Okay, you're thinking but...but...but I have your email saying my site has a clean bill of health. Google's excuse: Yea, we approved your site at the time, but you went in and added that label after the fact we approved it!

You see where I'm going with this?

Ask the specific question that way if they do approve you'll definitely have a firm leg to stand on!

It's better to be safe than sorry! :)
