    Haha... that's about it!

I could barely understand a word that Brad Pitt said until the 3rd-4th time I watched it.

I could never understand him either but I was amazed when I watched it the other day and it was clear as a bell. Thats what a few years in Ireland does ;)

Now the question is, has your own speech changed in those few years? Do you speak Pikey now?

On the DVD they have "Pikey Subtitles". Though I think there was one place even within the subtitles where you simply saw "????". He must have improvised that gibberish.

    Tommy: "Dags?"
    Mickey O'Neil: What?
    Mickey O'Neil's Mother: Yeah, dags.
Mickey O'Neil: Dags, ya like dags?
Tommy: Oh, dogs. Sure, I like dags. I like caravans more.

Yeah... the quantity of memorable quotes in that flick is tremendous!!

Didjall catch the nod to the directory's wife (Guy Richie, married to Madonna--the non-virgin). When Tony's got that greaser's head locked in the rolled up window, he turns on the radio and a Madonna tune is playing. "Oh, I love this one!," he says...

Were they married when that film was made?

I guess so - I must confess my film observation skills are clearly not up to your standard though - I missed it ;)

Yeah, they were married. And don't feel bad, I only own about two dozen films (no TV since I left High School oh so long ago, so all I have is my laptop to watch DVDs) - that being one of them - so they all get watched over and over again. I bet I've seen Pulp Fiction 40 times, and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas 30+. Thank goodness I recently signed up for online dvd rental...

Lock Stock was pretty funny too.

    Eddie: They're armed.
    Soap: Armed, armed with what?
Eddie: Err, bad breath, colorful language, feather duster... what do you think they're gonna be armed with? Guns, you tit!

    & 1 more Lock Stock:

Eddie: The entire British empire was built on cups of tea, and if you think I'm going to war without one, mate, you're mistaken.

I will give everyone permission to b1tch slap anyone that uses chat syntax.

I do not understand why people place "LOL" in posts when they dont even fit. Do they feel this will make us take interest. I personally skip comments with chat language as I assume I will not learn anything from a 10 year old IM addict. We all know about Assumptions, but I really dont have the extra time to care.

I sometimes use LOL if I can't think of anything else to say (lol)

But I can safely that I'm never actually laughing out loud if I use it. I normally just say 'Bwhaha' which is quite acceptable, I think.

That's one of the best films ever made.

I'm the same though - I have no TV in my room so my DVD's get watched over and over. I got the tarrantino back-cat though so that keeps me busy, along with the best of Monty Python.

Have you ever seen pi... ([IMG])

    That's a hell of a film.
