Do you like winter

I love fall, I love the snow, but unfortunately where I live there is no snow

 

No, I don't like winter. I like spring.

i like summer but winter have snow fall and foggy days that's nice.

 

The question or problem is not if i "like" winter. The question is more if I accept to live in a country with winter.

I live in Sweden, Scandinavia in the northern part of Europe. In the northern part of Sweden they have winter at least 6 months per year with a lot of snow and temperatures always below 0 Celcius degrees (32 Fahrenheit). But I live in the southern part of Sweden and here we mostly don't have any snow at all.

Btw, Sweden is a "long" country. Between the north part and the south part it's ca 2100 kilometers (1300 miles).

 

They say that people who are born in the summer don't like the winter, but...

I am summer kid and I really loves the summer if I am lying somewhere on a beach and drinking something cold. But, if I need to stay at home or go out to do some work, then I hate the heat! In the first 10 to 15 min I am start to sweating and the only thing I try to imagine in my head is the winter.

On the other side, when it's winter I prefer to walk outside because I don't feel the coldness, but If I have to wait my bus or someone more then 15 to 20 min then I wish to be a summer again!

I don't exactly like winter. Snow can be pretty, it can be pretty when it is snowing but I don't like the cold. I also hate driving in the winter. I can do it and have done it for years but it still scares the crap out of me. I would rather be in my house watching/looking at the snow or on a beach somewhere.....lol, at least a place that is nice all year round and no snow.

 

Do you know what is good when it's cold outside? - You can go faster or run to some place and you will never get sweated!

And you are definitely right, it is very hard for the drivers, especially for those who use their cars on the way to the work. Also, I would love to siting home and watching the snow falling, while there are other who would love the be outside and playing with the snow.

New york winter sucks. i agree with Katniss, its all fun until you start driving in it.
I drive a puny little Toyota Camry and it slips all over the place

 

My fiancée and I share a Land Rover. So not really an issue in the snow. It still scares me from time to time driving though. We live pretty much on top of a mountain, so many hills to go up and down. If it was flatter, I wouldn't have so much of a problem.

He also snowboards. He wants to teach me and I am willing to learn. We also have a snowmobile, which is fun. So we do go out and do things in the winter, but prefer to hibernate in the winter. Lol

 

I like summer more than i like winter. It is cold and there are much less things to do in the winter. It is cold so i can't go out for a walk. Summer is better because i can enjoy on the beach with a cold beer. I hope it will snow this year so i can enjoy in the only thing i love about winter. I love when it snows for new year it gives the holiday some special feeling

 

I love snow, I love winter sports, but unfortunately here in Romania (like in all of Europe) is very hot at the moment and I don`t think we will see snow any time soon

In our country now is winter. I don't like winter because in winter the weather is very cold. I hate winter. I think summer is such a better season of year, I like the hot weather for some reason. In the summer we can go to lake, sea, or on swimming pool. We can swim. We can go on the mountain. I like winter only for one reason, because when have a snow we can skiing

 

I also like winter than other seasons. It makes me more pleasure because in these season flower smiles, snow fall. I also enjoy Scorching Sun.
