    Since then. Yolk every morning, lunch, evening. Yolk yourself !! lol ;) Thanks for the articles thats quite interesting.

    I was looking at the forums and came across this one.The thread caught my eye being a mad one. I like all the egg fried with a full english nut have to be runny so i can dip my mushrooms in it. But now i am absolutly starving and we have no eggs so i cant make egg buttys even if i wanted to so i am gutted cheers irka !!! lmao :(

    egg yolks are bad for the heart because they contain a lot of cholesterol. Most of bodybuilders don't eat much of egg-yolks though, neither myself :D
