I haven't been much of anything lately. Been working too much. I peruse the forums mostly to keep up with any latest gems of info, but this is a critical month for me to get new amazon stores up and running. I'm hoping they will all be out of any "sandbox" by November's end, just in time for Christmas shopping.

I enjoyed arguing with Anthony (I like arguing with you too DA!). Just because you disagree with someone doesn't mean you have to be "enemies." One thing with AC is, we could get down and dirty in an argument, then call it a night and come back the next day and be cool. It was easy not to take things personally with him. I didn't find him "threatening" in arguments like some I've encountered here. While I'm sure we can all find the dirt and grit to post on him, I respected that aspect of his online persona.

I have to go with Oliver on this one. I think AC always meant well. But boy everytime something bothered him, he had to make sure the whole world knows about it. Like his fight with Compar, I neither know what happened nor do I or the majority of members want to know.

Maybe he just needs to go out there and find "that special someone" or experience the outside world in general. This place is great but also addictive. It's not a good thing when things that happen here become so important that you lose focus on things like your business, your loved ones and other things that should matter to you. I have voted undecided but I do hope he comes back under the circumstance that it won't be the same old shit all over again with the first post asking who gave him red reps while he was gone :D

To me missing someone as a poster means I log on looking for their responses. It would be disrespectful to those I actually would miss to say I missed him.

I don't believe, of course, for a moment that he actually left.

If I answer honestly I could take him or leave him, so I guess that doesn't qualify as miss. :(

By the way it should be noted that if you are "undecided" that means you don't miss him. You fenceriders

I'd have to say Yes... his threads were always "interesting" :)

It does say something though for the guy to have his own poll... granted he does have the most posts, and whether you see that as good or bad, he defintitely had an impact here.

That's how I feel. He did offer good insight into several topics, but his personal attacks and hatred certainly alienated him substantially. I won't miss all of his bull$hit and I hope he does get his life figured out.

View all posts by AC and read his last one. It was kind of a quite goodbye for him. I am surprised it wasn't another poll or something to say he is leaving.

He probably lost his internet connection but didn't want to tell anyone...

That's cold you cheeky brat!

Anthony was just logged in the other day so his internet connection is fine, just for whatever reason, he doesn't want to post. Can't say I blame him with how easily the red reps are flying around here, it's not really free speech when you have to worry about getting "punished" for your honesty, it's like being censored.

I guess AC feels that if he can't speak his mind he won't speak at all.

Those of us with higher rep can speak more freely without worry about the negative effect of a few red reps, but those already low in rep don't wanna risk the red, some think it reflects negatively on business. I've seen some here say they don't really want to do business or put trust into a person with a bad rep.

First off there is no such thing as freedom of speech on a forum.

He had alot to say and said nothing at all. Sometimes it was fun and sometimes not.

When one is so strong willed and opinionated, they are well aware of the price they pay in reputation and acceptance. He has no right to be offended.

Those are the facts of life and I can't believe for a second he'd disagree.

You're entitled to your opinion. I disagree. There IS freedom of speech on a forum, and you shouldn't be red repped for it.
