Can you show me where this rule is please?

This is the biggest load of crap people can think on a forum. There are rules of contact and proper behaviour to follow, neither of which is protected under any perceived freedom of speech laws in existance.

The owner or mods can drop the hammer at anytime. You have no "right" to anything in someone else's sandbox.

You can disagree all you want.

 

I am very aware that some things should not be said on a forum, noppid.

I am simply referring to the red rep people get for something that wasn't even bad, for a normal comment.

I do disagree, you're taking this to a place I never intended to go. I am not referring to if someone says something out of line or that doesn't belong here.

No big deal. Too many people have gotten in trouble for assuming such though, I wasn't meaning to talk at you.

If the consequences of low rep went away, then so would these conversations and the mean jabs. None of them are to anyone's benefit IMO.

 

Can I ask a straight question.. does Shawn like AC ? Are they old friends that poke at each other? or tolerate each other or what ? I can never quite tell when I read their posts.

 

AC showed up here after they banned him at SEOchat. He did the same thing here as he did there: he brought in a politically motivated conspiracy theory and called people names for not agreeing with him. He started that way here also, but people tolerated him even though people were shouting ban him.

He eventually cooled down enough and quit flaming everyone for the most part.

So, to answer the question about Shawn is he tolerated him and came close to banning him a few times, but didn't know him before this forum as far as I know.

 

Yes, but he never struck me as being strongwilled and opinionated as much as sad, shrill and lonely. Reading some of his posts at times I seriously wondered whether his lift went all the way to the top floor.

There are little kids who, if they cannot get positive attention, will whinge, cry and be a right PITA just to get negative attention ... because that is better than no attention at all.

No, I can´t say I will miss AC´s thread hijacking, or attention grabbing or his habit of swamping a single thread in complete porridge but cutting through the buckets of BS, AC could be very entertaining and I hope he will come back after he screws the bobbin.

 

I would have to respectively disagree. Anthony spent the first 10 months of his time here in the red and without links. That never stopped him posting.

He has since been in the green with linking privaleges which he wouldn't have lost.

I just don't believe a couple of reds made any difference as he got a lot of greens to balance it out.

I miss him actually. We may have had our mickey taking moments on here, but via PM he was a real good guy, if not a little wacko but hey aren't we all. He is apart of the furniture. But I know...somewhere...out there..he is reading this thread with a dry smile on that wrinkled old face off his.

 

As elusive an answer as ever you will make a great politician. Do you like him ? What are your feelings on him not being here ?

I've actually not been on DP that much recently due to high volumes of work so I wouldn't notice if anyone had been gone. All I noticed is that you had another 200 posts from somewhere lol.

No don't! I won't be held accountable for the sentences you may form with all my bolded words. I get bolding my words from an ex-love, that's how he'd express his points to me, seems to have rubbed off on me.
