    Backlinks plays a huge part in the Page Ranking according to Google and if you see http://www.iwebtool.com/www.webhostingfind.net , it does shows that this site does get a lot of backlinks and probably some quality ones.

    Content wise, it does look like a turnkey Made-for-Adsense site. What makes it stands out is the backlinks it gets.

    In the end, as to whether you should buy the site or not depends on whether you are willing to pay for it and if you can recoup the investment within your expected time frame.
