I don't do smoke thats why i don't use.

If you smoke for the nicotine and the flavor its harder to give up than someone who smokes more because of the habbit. If you like smoking but dont want to harm yourself so much each time these things are great for alternatives to use!!

Its all about what you expect it to do, it wont help you stop smoking ,, weather its nicotine or non because you are still smoking But it certainly can help you cut down as much tar as you like,
so my argument is why not cut down the nicotine as well. Isnt that the point ?

I recommend being sure you arnt getting rebilled automatically, happens alot out there , and i recomend getting min 2 units and absoulty make sure you can get bulk cartridges, as its these that end up costing the most if your not carefull in the beginning.

i haven't ever used e-cig because i don't like cigarette, if you are going to leave smoking , the best way is repeat and say i don't smoke every day.

No!!! I hate e-cigar.

 

I don't see a reason why we should change our vice into another one. Why just quit smoking and get over with cigarettes will it be electric or not? The right thing to do is to try to stop smoking once and for all. You know its for the better.

It still different when you smoke a cigarette if you're planning to quit, you can try it out. We don't know what works for who anyway.

 

Those who smoke don't like e-cigs... Although I don't like any of them.
