    Agree with you there.

I used to use Netscape (a long time ago), and when that started to crap out I went back to Internet Explorer. I used it for a few years, and it worked fine. No real issues with speed, viruses, spyware, and what not.

Now that I've discovered Firefox, I've swung back in the other direction. My main computer is running Ubuntu Linux, so I definitely don't run IE on that. I also have a Windows XP laptop, on which I usually use Firefox but occassionally IE.

The only beef I have with IE now is the headaches it causes me in cross-browser compatibility when designing websites. It's frustrating when I spend a lot of time on something, it looks fine on Firefox, and then I boot up IE to realize that it's all screwed up.

Maybe IE8 will take care of that problem. Hopefully. I'm always bouncing back and forth between the 2 browsers. I just wish I could click a link and be prompted with, "What browser would you like to use?" and then I click on the one I need. It isn't a big deal if I am staying in one browser but I constantly have to back and forth between the 2 on a daily basis. It is starting to get annoying.

Well... Although the IE has some features copied from Opera, NS, & FF - It still remains user un-friendly.

I strongly go with Firefox. It Rules ;)

Used to use IE, switched to Firefox but now using
both again due later builds of Firefox seeming to be
more buggy and slower. Hopefully FF3 is going to
    be an improvement.

I use FireFox cause I feel safer on it. Seems IE had more major issues then FireFox, so I prefer to be on the safer side. It's like vBulletin vs. IPB, vBulletin always seemed to be more secured down, so most big sites use vBulletin. Etc. :p

I use IE7 for Digital Point and different forums and traffic exchanges. Seems like DP doesn't load as quickly in Firefox. I still use it for stumble upon instead of IE.

I used IE before but when I discovered that FF has more features and add-ons to use, I switched to FF.

I love how Firefox handles passwords. IE's password mgmt sucks. With Firefox I can go in and actually look at the password. You can't do that in IE. I may eventually switch back to Firefox.

    Firefox is definately better.

Firefox seems to load quicker, and IE7 uses a lot more CPU.
