If you're running an SMF site, you may encounter IE bugs.

i have to use IE7 in office as they have disabled internet access through FF but i love to use Fire Fox as it gives independence of using plugins and those are available in wide variety:)

Firefox is the way to go.

Has anyone figured out a way to get around the "click here to activate" thing for flash in IE7

I started using FF a couple months ago. Now the only thing I use IE for is to check sites and of course at work.

I prefer Firefox, but I do use both IE 6 and 7 at home and work. I use IE primarily when I have to.

Personally, IE7 is just a laggy and error-full version of Firefox. All other browsers had tabs way before Microsoft finally realized the shortcomings of IE.

Opera is terrible, IE7 not much better to be honest. Firefox is the best in my opinion. Firefox 3 should be even better although IE8 is mean't to be in the making, should be interesting.
