    I asked it Gerneral Disscusion because i think it need to be discuss who say so i am going to give services? did i say that i just asked in my topic headings .... Do you? which means i am asking in General that if i get any responce than i will go further and plan to market services. but without having survey how can i just start some thing, Thats why i asked.
