What kind of promoter do you want? Online / Offline?

If it's online you want, go to elance.com / guru.com or freelancer.com and you'll find people.

You might also want to look at onlinejobs.ph - a phillipino site where people from the phillipines offer to work full time for you.

Are you looking to pay someone to promote the service or will the pay be incentive and based on how the site performs? There are lots for the first option, for the second it may be difficult, because they are more likely to invest/risk in their own success than yours.

I agree that a freelancing site is a very good choice. Getafreelancer.com is another one. I have experience with them all. You can certainly find someone to do the job. As a fact, you can hire someone to find someone or some company to do the job. Virtually limitless. Given that you'll be paying a decent commission you shouldn't mind spend a couple of hundred to get the personnel you need.
