Does movie related websites pay well CPC?

    I have couple movie related websites, and they all seem to pay pretty low ($0.05~$0.20 in average).

    Is it just me, or do movie related ads don't pay well?

    I got adbrites on one of the sites and the rates are same.

    I say its ok but nothing special but again try getting more traffic and use cpalead too to improve your income.

    I've never had a movie related site, but keep in mind advertisers are bidding on your ad space based on their return on investment. How many movies have you seen or read about then bought the DVD / t-shirt / action figure etc? Now how many movies have you seen where you didn't buy anything related? People reading about movies are looking for entertainment, not to buy something right away. I bet if you had a site focussing on movie-related merchandise with reviews etc, you'd get a better CPC. But of course less traffic.
