    hi, i just wanted to know if i share own websites article to diff web 2.0 sites, is it gonna to help as i will be creating new account, can this lead my url to be blocked there, or can i use any traffic exchange for this.

    That would help your website, assuming they are dofollow links. For the best results, I would put your link contextually into an article, and post that article on the web2.0 you created for that site. It would probably be best to switch the article up some on each web2.0 you post it too, so you're not posting the same article on all of them.
