I am trying to see if social media works for B2B services?

    How do we get leads?

What should be strategy for marketing of B2B services on social media networks?

    Thanks.

I believe it works. I'd try strategy similar to B2C but targeted on certain interests (e.g. business niche)

    a. ensure that you hunt for people who are talking about your industry.
    b. build relationship with them.
    c. take the discussion offline via email/phone calls etc.

essentially treat this as lead creation service.

Well first of all use Twitter. Monitor your keywords like 'our service we offer' in twitter search. It's better to use TweetDeck for this.
Create a good looking Facebook page with a landing page and describe your service. Integrate your social profiles into your website.
