Does this look decent..?

Hi, could you guys check out some of the pages at arcaderush.com, i'm getting a 0.9% page CTR which i know myself isn't good, i get a fair few clicks considering but what can i do to increase CTR..?

 

perhaps your ads are incredibly well integrated and i just dont notice them.... but i don't see any ads at all apart from an Adsense affiliate banner.

 

take a look at the adsense heatmap to see the best places to put your ads.
you can also try linkunits as they can be big earners depending on the nature of a site. the best place for one of these on your site would be under the "Action Games etc etc" bar at the top of the page.

 

Put a 250 x 250 above the Arcade Games part with some images to the left of the ads...


I guarantee you will have better CTR...

 

I don't know about that 0.9 ain't too bad. I barely make .8 on average.

 

I thought it was pretty poo take a look now, changed them, and added images next to ads also added a vertical skyscraper

 

I don't see a scyscraper, but worse, I don't see any ads. Only one public service messages (at the 125 x 125 button) and empty space next to the pics where the half banners should be...

 

I didn't even notice them the first time, you should use another color for the ads. Perhaps you should use red for the title in the ad. And add another ad block because 1 ad is not enough, be sure you notice it when you visit your website (use red). This should increase ctr to 5% or more.

Don't forget to put the 468x60, i saw it for a while on your site , it should improve your ctr . Keep us updated about the changes in ctr.

 

Nyphra, which 468*60? next to the logo? Well so far i've just moved ad's around a little and changed the link text, and today so far got 1.5% CTR so its increased but its still early i suppose

 

For now it's allrigth , let's first see if ctr keeps that way
