I was thinking about starting an ad campaign with them but just wanted to get some advice from people who have used their services.

I like YSM over adwords for the niche market that I have - well return is based on the quality of your product and how well you optimized your landing pages.

For my campaigns, YSM was better than AdWords, because I was able to bid lower for the same positions, compared to AdWords. I'm happy with their services.

I get good traffic from Yahoo, but it is so small compared to Google (MSN is half of Yahoo's traffic). For instance, if I get 1,500 clicks per day from Google, I may only get 50-100 from Yahoo, but the Yahoo traffic converts better for me.

For the money and the optimazation tools you get it's worth the money and less than adwords. I get a lot of business from it. If I go off line the phone stops ringing. As soon as I'm back on the phone rings.
I am learning my own SEO techniques too that are helping with Google and other SE.

    they do

their control panel is really nice and intuitive, despite it's a bit slow when you're adjusting the cost of clicks (at least for me)

For mind, yahoo is the best conversion rate, adwords and msn is follow. But the traffic from adwords so huge but less conversion, you waste money.
