Domain Legal Questions....

Discussion in 'General Business' started by tech0925, Apr 18, 2010.

Is it legal to include a name of another registered domain name when picking one. For example: We all know Walmart, could i create a name like wallmart.com? Another example: We all heard of eharmony, could I create a domain name like youreharmony.com?

    Just curious.
    Thanks

For your business it would be much better if you have a unique brand name.
