    well , your hosting price = how much your data worth.
    if you don't have important data, responsiveness/responsibility are not your concern . then you can have a handfull or choice from free to cheap hosting.

    I have no objection in free hosting as even the most expensive "shared" hosting can't guarantee 100% data security, 100% uptime.

    Shared hosting environment are mostly oversold, and its only as realible as the company you use it. there's no way to guarantee security and data availability.
