    Cash via PayPal - it covers a large population. Perhaps an alternative for those who cannot use PayPal, like a physical prize.

    I like the USB HD idea. Ummmm... How about getting others to donate services as prizes? What is the domain of the contest? Is it SEO? Best photo? Best template?

    Cool. Then consider getting people to putting up worthwhile services or products. Like an hour of SEO service or 100 submissions to directories, etc. I am sure plenty of people here would like to be involved.
