Dropshipping with Bestbuy or AliExpress

Hi everyone. I'm new on the eCommerce subject. I want to start a dropshipping business but I can't decide how to work.. Using BestBuy or AliExpress. Both have pro and cons in my opinion.

BestBuy
Pro:

• delivery in 2-3 days
• a credible supplier
• products for any categories

Cons:

• it's paid (the lowest pack 30 Monthly)
• price for products are not very low

AliExpress
Pro:

• tons of products
• very cheap products
• free

Cons:

• delivery time so long
• it's hard to keep contact with supplier

There are my opinions for both, maybe I'm wrong. I need help from you guys, maybe you have some experience or have friends with experience.

I will be watching this thread. Didn't realize BestBuy even offered drop shipping!

 

They do, however, I am not sure if Best Buy has affiliate signup requirements...
There is no comparison between aliexpress vs Best Buy, I have ordered a number of
items from aliexpress, so you can offer low quality products that takes 3-4 weeks to
arrive, or you can go to best buy, amazon, or a number of other high end electronic
stores that have affiliate programs...

however, do you really know what you are getting into, logic says go with aliexpress, as
you may be able to rank certain generic products in a matter of months, try to sell some of this
stuff on BestBuy, it may take you years to rank, think you are the only BestBuy Affiliate?

There are high end affiliates that have been selling for years, and making big bucks...
think you are going to signup to bestbuy, and be making money be the end of the month?

There is main keyword, and LSI keywords I found on a product on amazon...
common sense tells me to stay away, it may take 12mo, and $1000+ to
get it to rank, and it is nothing more then a $50-$100 item....

competition is brutal, and if you do not know what you are
doing, then you will end up spending, spending, spending,
then shutting down within 6 mo because you are tired of spending....

you have to have a solid game plan, and budget, otherwise,
there is no real reason to even setup a site....

 

dscurlock is on point here. Research and finding a way to validate market demand in a space that isn't too competitive is crucial or you'll fail.

Have you considered promoting affiliate programs instead. A lot less hassle than drop-shipping.

 

Aliexpress and POD is working for me $500+ days per each store - 5 total now.

 

Why not use Amazon instead? Dropshipping from Amazon means that your products would arrive in 1-2 days, and you'd know that the quality is good. They also have the "gift" receipt option which hides the product price automatically.
