e-gold?

I open some egold account but I always get locked, I don't understand why. I send many email to egold, they said my address wrong but I provide correct address.
Is egold block my account and get my money?

 

Are you using your actual address in Asia or using the Mailbox address in the US which you ordered ?

 

I'm use my address in asia. All info 100% correct and true. I just receive some egold and get locked
Money I received is normally, buy virtual money card.

all of them get locked by 'Value Limits' error

 

Check with them to see if there is a way you can verify that your address is right, perhaps volunteer to scan you passport/bills or something and send that to them.

From what I understand from the Forum, you need to send the copy of your passport and details via DHL or postal mail.

It appears that your accounts have been closed by several payment processors based on your previous posting, do you think that e-gold closed your account because selling virtual debit cards may be deemed unacceptable by their system because in a way it can be used to launder money or something.

 

no, someone can sell virtual card normally like revocash.com, private-card.com... I think its not main reason.
They said my contact info wrong, and they said they will verify it but I can't receive any reply from them.
