    Quick tips : Place your Adsense Ads in the top fold of your site. Place Related CPA banner ads next to them like ads from Copeac. Use Kontera and change the link color to match the color of your web site links.

    At the end of each article create a related links section with links to your other articles on the page and slip in a content link ad in between the links. Pog Ads works great for this.
