• Relevant blog comments.( your site is music related your blog comments should be music related)
• Informative comments and descriptional.(Not like that "Thank you, Nice, Fine")
• Always try to give your URL various way and various keyword also.( Not always Anchor tag, Naked URL used)
• High Page rank(PR) and Dofollow.

How to find a Relevant blog comments website

• In title: any keyword "powered by wordpress" .
• In title: any keyword "powered by Blogger " .
  
• In title: any keyword "Leave a comment " .

If your focus is only to get some traffic, do relevant comments wherever possible but if your aim is to do blog commenting for the sake of SEO then there you need a bit of a planning.
