    You will observe the traffic and sales increase with social media campaigns if implemented strategically.
    But I dont think there is any tool available that can measure the concrete figure of Social media success.
    Its like you feel rather than you count.

    For me it is the number of inbound links to my site. For Facebook and Twitter is measuring to through the number of tweets and likes. I used also Google Analytics tool to track and analyze the data.
