    Hi,
    Is there any specific requirements or restrictions for a website to be indexed on google.com.Because i got a site of 2 months old and i submitted my site to google but site is not completely indexed.Why this?
    Also indexing is done by bot or human editors.let me know.

    if it's been two months, your domain MAY be banned by google. Do you have ANY pages indexed or not even the main page? If this is a new registration, the domain may have existed in the past and banned by Google. If this is the case, you can send a request to get the ban lifted from the domain.

    Otherwise, have you done some linking to this site? How about submitting a sitemap to Google sitemaps? Have you added your site to Google for crawling? (www.google.com/addurl). Can you check logs and see if Googlebot has been visiting your website?

    Do you have a sitemap? After putting a sitemap, i see my pages getting indexed one by one. By site map I mean, HTML link networks. I submit my rss sitemap to google sitemap tool. But after I added HTML sitemap, I saw big difference.

    I wouldn't bother with http://www.google.com/addurl
    If you would have gotten some good links pointing to your site, it would have surely taken much less to get your site indexed.

    My site is alo 10 to 12 days old but it is showin in google.

    2 months is not at all long. Also in my experience, certain industries take longer to get sites indexed.
