I'm pretty sure Aweber sells a PLR version of their system, you should probably check that out since Aweber is one of the best.

This would take care of all the concerns you listed.

 

i think you should use a hosted solution like icontact. If you want to own your ouwn mailing facilities that can be quite expensive.

 

If you are looking something to manage lists and send group messages with merges etc... have a look at GroupMail.

 

The question is your email is valid?

Mean its opt in not getting the email by harvesting.

If its opt in list,then aweber will do the job.
