Enron, the company that rigged the California energy market ruining their economy and putting many companies out of business that did not have long term contracts on natural gas deliveries is now in the headlines again!

We have Bush family friend Ken Lay and other executives that engineered this scam on trial right now!

These men cost many employees of Enron everything they owned and ruined the retirements of thousands of people when they lost their pensions to these corrupt men!

HOUSTON - A federal judge told a group of potential jurors that their job was not to seek vengeance against Enron Corp. founder Kenneth Lay and former CEO Jeffrey Skilling as jury selection began on Monday in the premier criminal trial to emerge from the biggest corporate scandal in recent years. Lay and Skilling arrived at a federal courthouse in Houston, looking relaxed and ready for the selection process, which could prove difficult in a city where thousands lost their jobs because of the Enron scandal.

Having the trial in the corrupt city of Houston is a joke sort of like when an all white jury ruled for the police before the LA Riots, you got to know that Bush has this deal rigged in advance so it does not expose him!

All the policies that Bush promote are the policies which the corporate interests want. If Bush follows order, he enjoys a great lifestyle. If not, they get rid of him.

Isn't their a side benifit to the high cost of oil in that it will force fuel efficiency or alternatives.

Libs are using enron to help affirm their anti capitalistic stance. The public doesnt buy it htough. Enron was bad, but I can think or much worse events like beheadings and burnings of military contractors by radical islamists.
