On my new blog im using 300 x 250 ad type and I notice that on half the pages the 4 adverts that should show in this type of ad arent showing...Sometimes its only 1 ad or 2.

    Is this due to:

    - Lack of content on the page?
    - Lack of ads for the keyword/s its picking up on?
    - The content is only a few days old...so is it because its new?
    - Is it due to geotargeting, and being in Australia im just not seeing the full range of ads U.S people would see?

I know im not using the bold correctly, and I think I should just bold the keywords I wish to target, but I want the text to sound natural at the same time of course :).

How can I ensure that the ad unit is full 100% of the time, so i can match the font size and style of the ad unit 100% of the time with the normal paragraph text on the site.

Its the blog below username that im referring too.

You can't control the number of ads displayed. Google may not have enough ad inventory to fill out the entire ad block for your content topic. If you see only one ad, it could mean this is a site-targeted CPM ad but I doubt this is the case with a new site such as yours. Just be happy that the ads that are being displayed are the highest paying ads Google has in inventory for that topic.
